He was predeceased by: his parents, Francesco DiMascio and Maria Luisa DiMascio; his wife Flora DiMascio (Ricci); his siblings, Giovanni DiMascio, Silvano DiMascio, Gina DiMascio, Elvira Centofanti, Dora DelMonaco and Irma DelMonaco; and his granddaughter Stephanie DiMascio.
He is survived by: his children, Francesco DiMascio (Rosmery) of Johnston, Rosella Ricciardi (Paul) of Scituate, Charles DiMascio of Johnston, Loredana Walker (James) of Exeter and Roberto DiMascio (Maria Mercedes) of Providence; his grandchildren, Angelica Penta (Michael), Letizia DiMascio (Eric Nelson), Briana Duffy (Joseph), Alison, Victoria, Gianna Ricciardi, Kristina, Charles Michael DiMascio, Samantha Boisvert (Kyle), Alexandra, Andrew Walker, Dario and Sofia DiMascio; and his siblings-in-law, Raffaele DelMonaco, Concetta DiMascio of Johnston and Rosa Gelsomini of Italy. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
