It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Edward Abbruzzese Jr. of Johnston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Abbruzzese and Maria Abbruzzese (Mazzarella); and his brother Salvatore. He is survived by: his spouse Lyane Abbruzzi (LaPlante); his children, Maria Minichino (Ralph), Elena Annicelli (Nicholas), Diana Abbruzzi, Joanna Popolla (Giuseppe) and Anthony P; his grandchildren, Bianca, Nicholas, Antonio, Briana, Joseph, John, Jenna, Anthony, Michael and Victoria; and his siblings, Celia Pacheco, Anna DiMauro, Eugene, Victor, Joseph Abbruzzese and Josephine Betts.
