He is survived by: his mother Elaine DiChiara of Johnston; his siblings, Diane Ames (Matthew) of Smithfield and John DiChiara (Cheryl) of Smithfield; his nieces, Sarah-Beth (Christopher) and Jordyn; his nephew Evan; and his great-nephews, Matthew and Christopher.
