He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores Izzo (Stabile); his parents, Antonio Sr. Izzo and Tina Izzo (Migliozzi); and his son Michael Izzo. He is survived by: his daughter Judy Tacelli of Johnston; his grandson Michael Tacelli; and his great grandchild Reya Tacelli.
