He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Iacovone and Angelina Iacovone (Gesmondi); his child Mariangela Iacovone; and his sister Filomena Albanese. He is survived by: his wife Domenica Iacovone (Rocchio); his son Giovanni Iacovone; his brother-in-law Carmelo Albanese; and his sibling's children, Maria Carlino and Carmelina Macera. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
