Frank R. Bradbury Obituary
Bradbury, Frank R., 69, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Center in Providence, RI. He was the loving husband of Norah R. (Rawnsley) Bradbury of Johnston, RI. Born in Pawtucket, RI, he was the son of the late Frank E. and Barbara (Sylvia) Bradbury.
Frank was a loyal employee with Grasso’s Auto Service for over 45 years. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a B.A. and later attended New England Institute of Technology Automotive Program and graduated with an automotive associates degree. In his downtime, Frank enjoyed bowling, fishing and archery. He had also proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Besides his wife Norah, he is survived by a son: Neal Bradbury (his wife Erica); three grandchildren: Viviana, Francesca and Simona; two siblings: Margaret Raymond and Robert Bradbury (his wife Lizbeth); sister-in-law Karen Bradbury and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by two siblings: David and Helen Bradbury.
A Catholic Prayer Service will take place at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick on Tuesday, September 11 at 10:00 a.m. followed with interment and military honors at RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter, RI. Calling hours will be Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
