It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria A. Carnevale of Johnston, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Carmenuch Parrillo and Adeline Parrillo of Johnston; and her siblings, Marjorie Acciardo, Clara Altieri, Lillian Ruscito, Vito, Gerald and Donald Parrillo.

She is survived by : her daughters, Flora Turchetti (Bob) and Judy Andriole (Russell); and her grandchildren, Michelle Gallagher (Billy), Toni Quinn (Justin), Danya Kelly (Scott), Tracy Howland, Melissa Zinni (Joe) and David Arena (Nicole). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are greatly appreciated to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.

James Pannozzi wrote a sympathy message

“I'm sorry to learn belatedly of Gloria's passing. My mom, Helen (Maria Elena) Pannozzi, who passed away in 1993, was a friend of hers for many years and they often exchanged jokes, in Italian. She also saw Gloria now and then in the Cosmetics section of Walgreen's. My most profound condolences to the family. Dr. James R. Pannozzi (L.Ac, Retired) Sarasota, Florida”
