He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Tootsie" Tallo, Sr. and Catherine Rahill (Beavers); his son Scott Tallo; and his brother Michael Rahill. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Tallo Jr. and Devan Tallo; his grandson Joseph Pettengill; his siblings, Gale Rahill, William Tallo Jr., Vincent Tallo, Thomas Tallo, Cissie Spardello, Melody Tallo, Shannon Izzi and Tracy Tallo; and his nephews, Michael T. Rahill and Joe.
