It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth H. Turner (Johnston, Rhode Island), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Turner and Elsie Turner (Todoff); and his foster brother Donald. He is survived by: his children, Amy Pagnano (Chris) and Allison Vinacco; his grandchildren, Kailey, Morgan, Anthony Vinacco, Arianna and Aliyah Pagnano; his sister Nancy Steele; his foster sibling Thomas Bennett; and his parents-in-law, Ben and Vilma Zanni.
