Laurel Scorpio Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2026, Laurel Scorpio of Johnston, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raoul Lemoi and Blanche Marie Lemoi (Blais); and her brothers, Raoul, Jr. (Butch), Alfred and John.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph E. Scorpio; her children, Jane Granato (Stephen), Susan Eaton (Josh), Ralph Scorpio, Jr. (Trish) and Caitlin Cusack (Tommy); and her sisters, Lucille Szymanski, Blanche Jean Rapczak, Annette Donnelly and Diane Ricci. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great‑grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice, or to the St. Robert Bellarmine Food Pantry (1804 Atwood Avenue, Johnston, RI 02919), an organization that was dear to her heart.
