He was predeceased by: his wife Joan H. Williams (Bamber); his parents, Lincoln A. Williams, Sr. and Agnes V. Chalk (Green); and his brother Robert Williams. He is survived by: his children, Margaret "Peggy" Smith, RayLeene Bianca (Richard) and Lincoln A. Williams III (Julia); and his sibling Shirley Reynolds. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
