She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Costa and Marie B. Costa (Doyle). She is survived by: her daughter Brittney D'Arezzo; her stepdaughter Cheryl D'Arezzo; and her brother William J. Costa (Christine Costa) of Connecticut. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
