He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Annunziata and Yolanda Annunziata (Andreozzi). He is survived by: his spouse Ann-Marie Annunziata (Pella); his daughters, Lori-Ann Annunziata of Johnston and Lynne Marie DiBiase of Glocester; his granddaughters, Isabella and Sophia; and his siblings, Victoria Ardente of Clearwater, FL and Ronald Annunziata of Warwick.
