He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Marziale and Laura Marziale (DiRenzo); and his siblings, Fiorello Marziale and Celestina Martino. He is survived by: his wife Maria Marziale (Caparco); his children, Mario Marziale, Jr. of Warwick, Nina Joseph of Johnston and Raffaele Marziale of Bristol; his grandchildren, Mario III, Kiara, Stefano, Robert, Marisa, Domenic, Luca and Anthony; and his great grandchild Mario IV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
