She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Shaw and Rita Shaw (McDonald); and her son Jospeh Pavone. She is survived by: her husband Ronald D. Headen; her children, Robert Atkinson, Lindsay Godfrey, Gwen Oppert, Erin Jones and Kelly Headen; and her brother James Shaw. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
