We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2026, at the age of 89, Philip J. Cornachione of Johnston, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Cornachione (DiScuillo); his parents, Michael Cornachione and Antonetta Cornachione (Pallotta); and his siblings, Esther Rotondo, Marco Cornachione, Frank Cornachione, Nancy Spaziano, Anthony Carno and Anna Cornachione.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Marie Cornachione, Maria Cornachione Kula and Lisa Ann D'Amico (Joseph); his granddaughters, Krystyna Kula and Amanda D'Amico; and his sister Lucy Russo.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Robbins Funeral Home (2251 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence, RI 02911). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (15 George Waterman Rd, Johnston, RI 02919). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Grace Church Memorial Fund, 4 Lafayette St., Johnston, RI 02919.
