He was predeceased by : his wife Ilda R. Pensalfini (DeStefanis); his parents, Albert E. Pensalfini and Ida L. Pensalfini (Trivisonno); and his brothers, Edward and William Pensalfini.

He is survived by : his children, Lori A. Ruggieri (Peter) of Cranston and Raymond S. Pensalfini of Johnston; his grandchildren, Brandon Ruggieri, Michael Pensalfini, Kayleah Pensalfini and Joshua Pensalfini; and his sister Helen Leamy.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rocco Church (931 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02919).
