He is survived by: his children, Wayne Tripp (Robin-Lee) of Cranston, RI and Bonnie Hargrove (Keith) of Glen Carbon, IL; his grandchildren, Dirk Tripp (Jennifer) of North Smithfield, RI and Heather Tripp (Jeanne Krebs) of Dighton; his great grandchild Abigail Tripp; and his sister Cynthia Smith.
