He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Turner and Elsie Turner (Holden); and his brother Richard S. Turner. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan D. Marwell (Stephen) of Cranston, Kerri A. Maloney (Patrick) of Greenville, Robin K. Babcock (Kevin) of East Greenwich and Rebecca L. Barone (Craig) of East Greenwich; and his siblings, Michael Turner (Rebecca) of Vermont, Kerry Turner (Frances) of New Hampshire and Nancy Austin.
