He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Raffonelli and Emily Conca (Ciarlo); his stepfather Alexander Conca; and his sibling Jean Capparelli. He is survived by: his wife Judith Raffonelli (Champlin); his daughters, Lisa Raffonelli and Debra Brown; his son-in-law Keith Brown; his granddaughters, Kelsey and Hailey Brown; his sisters, Phyllis Cerio and Ileen Szelka; and his uncle Gerald "Sonny" Ciarlo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his memory to the RI Chapter of the American Red Cross.
