With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah T. DiSano of Johnston, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 26, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sarah is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sarah's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Conaty and Helen Conaty (Maguire); and her son Thomas DiSano. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen A. Delfino (Carlo) and Carl A. DiSano (Johanna); and her siblings, Alice McWeeney, Mary D'Aquila and Thomas Conaty Jr..
