LaFazia of Johnston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas D. "Tommy" LaFazia and Mollie LaFazia (Viti). He is survived by: his wife Claire J. LaFazia (Webster); his children, Denise M. Gianquitti (Kenny) of Johnston, Dennis T. LaFazia (Linda) of Cumberland and Dina M. Clark (Brian) of Johnston; and his siblings, Sharon Mills of Warwick and Arthur LaFazia of Warwick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
