He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Ellis and Dorothy Ellis (Whiting); and his brother Jeffrey Ellis. He is survived by : his girlfriend Kathleen Capozzi of Johnston; his children, Melodie M. Warner of Kentucky and William Ellis of Cranston; and his siblings, Donald Ellis, Patricia Southworth, Stephen Ellis and Barbara Tomczak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
