He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Musotic; his parents, Stanley F. Musotic and Helen G. Musotic (Charon); and his daughter Wanda M. Musotic of Cumberland. He is survived by: his sister Barbara H. Brousseau of Lincoln; and his children, Michael A. Musotic of Burrillville, Shawn M. Musotic, Monica L. Musotic-Brown of East Providence, Sharon H. Musotic of Lincoln and Brenda L. Musotic of Bingham, ME.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Cemetery (683 S Main St, Attleboro, MA 02703).
