He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carlucci Sr. and Palma Carlucci (DeCristofaro); and his brother Charles Carlucci Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer A. Carlucci (Newman); his children, Joe Carlucci (Julia) of Greenville and Jean Carlucci of Warwick; and his grandchildren, Gabe and Katelyn.
