He is survived by: his wife Karen F. Harper (Hyman) of Providence, RI; his children, Bobbie L. Harper III (Jenea) of Johnston, RI and Kayla M. Harper of Providence, RI.; his siblings, Octavia Muhammed (Hamin) of Goldsboro, NC, Gloria Welch (Robert) of Toms River, NJ and Jonathan Watkins (Kelly) of Suwanee, GA.; his grandchildren, Kaylianni S. Threats of Providence, RI, LeBron R. Hayes of Providence, RI, Larenz L. Hayes of Providence, RI, Kali D. Harper of Providence, RI and Xavier T. S. Harper of Johnston, RI; his great grandchild Kasaii Mitchell of Providence, RI; and his godson Nazarene Rivera of Providence, RI.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
