She is survived by: her daughter Donna D'Agostino; her grandchildren, Gabriella, Madisyn and Kaydence; and her siblings, Debra Johnson, Nancy D'Agostino, Dianne Tefft, Wayne D'Agostino, David Arnold, Laurie Lee Reed and Donna Fennel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
