He is survived by: his children, Cesar Cruz III and Rachel Cruz; his son-in-law Fernando Jeronimo; and his close friend Marie Saccucci. He is also survived by grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
Despite his battle with Parkinson's and Dementia, Cesar faced each day with courage and grace, a testament to his enduring strength of character.
