He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Woodcock Sr. and Janet Woodcock (Andrews); and his siblings, William, Everett, Warren, Arthur and Barbara Woodcock.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Woodcock (Converse); his daughters, Kimberly Heon (Michael Heon) and Colleen Donnelly (Anita Solomon); and his grandchildren, Zackary, Nathan, Shannon, Molly, Andre and Maya. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
