He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Mae Papineau Conklin; and his parents, Charles E. Conklin and Winifred Conklin (Noepel). He is survived by: his children, Frederick Conklin (Elizabeth) of Lincoln, Keith Conklin and Diane Strong of Connecticut.
