It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail Anne Goff of Lincoln, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 5, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kukulka and Blanche Kukulka (Tonelli); and her sister Muriel Golden. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Goff; her children, Louis Najjar Jr. of North Providence, Lisa Melkoun (Joseph) of Lincoln and Melanie Turcotte (Patrick) of Lincoln; her brother Joseph Kukulka II of Smithfield; and her grandchildren, Alicia, Nathan, Nicholas, Rebecca and Shalyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Rhode Island Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
