He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Phillips (Vincent); and his granddaughter Juliet. He is survived by: his brother Eugene "Gene" Phillips; his children, Kelly Phillips (Ken Watts), George Phillips (Maggie), Robin Schreiber (Jason), Erin Cisternelli (Tony), Jonathan Phillips and Benjamin Phillips (Celine Vescera); his grandchildren, Austin, Damian, Andrew, William, Cali, Riley, Skyler and Kenzleigh; and his sister-in-law Gene Phillips (Gilda Santoro-Phillips).
