He is survived by: his children, Sheila and Tyler; his grandchildren, Lucas and Anastasia; and his siblings, Maria Anita DosSantos, Jovelina Pires, Francisco Gomes, Suzy Maria Gomes and Steven Gomes. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews, 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
