She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. and Mary J. Unsworth (Kelley); and her siblings, Ann Mauricio, Mary Scaggs and Stephen Unsworth.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Bishop (Richard) of Johnston and Thomas H. Unsworth, Jr. (Paula) of East Providence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
