He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Ruel and Flore Ruel (Proulx); and his siblings, Robert Ruel and Jeannette Allard. He is survived by: his wife Rachel (Hebert); his son Justin Ruel (Katie); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sabrina and Christian Ruel.
