John F. Brennan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John F. Brennan of Lincoln, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 23, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sabina Brennan (McGovern) and Daniel Brennan; his wife Lucy Brennan (Viera); his former wife Pauline Brennan (Lambert); and his brothers, James, George, Daniel, Thomas and Charles.
He is survived by: his sister Sabina Martinous of Warwick; his children, Donna Boulanger (Roland) of Sutton, Karen Bates (Scott) of Warren, John Brennan, Jr. (Deborah) of Westwood, James Brennan of Parrish and Jane Brennan-Alves (Victor) of Cumberland; his grandsons, Michael Bates (Amy) of Plainville, Christopher Bates, Peter Bates of Warren, John Brennan III (Jacqueline) of Wellesley and Matthew Brennan (Kayla) of Newburyport; his great grandchildren, Aidan of Massachusetts, Nathan Bates of Massachusetts, Calvin of Massachusetts, Perry of Massachusetts, Lucy of Massachusetts and John IV Brennan of Massachusetts; his stepdaughter Lynda Thompson; and his stepgrandsons, Dylan and Benjamin. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
