He is survived by: his mother Linda Hazard; his children, Yanelis Lemon, Antonio Roman, Shalialeigh Hazard, Autumn Hazard, Summer Hazard, Juan Hazard Jr. and Cree Hazard; his son-in-law Paul Lemon; his grandchildren, Aria Lemon, Amyla Lemon, Zayla Sanchez, Alena Lemon, Ayden Roman, Alofa Roman and Analeia Hazard; and his siblings, Billy Hazard, Tyrone Hazard, Kevin Hazard, Dominic Hazard, Shelley Hazard, Monique Collins, Latesha Taylor, Tennille Rodriguez, Augustus Taylor and Michael Taylor.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865).
