She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Sullivan; her parents, Anthony Asermely and Annie Asermely (Cabany); her great grandchild Beatrice Sullivan; and her siblings, Margaret Folan, Louise George, Alice Martin, Jeannette Thomas, Elaine Williams, George, Samuel, Nicholas, Mitchell, Abraham "Cappy", William and Edward Asermely.
She is survived by: her children, James P. Sullivan (Michele) and Paula Ursillo (Michael); her grandchildren, Brian Sullivan (Charlotte), Thomas Sullivan (Ashley), Michael Sullivan and Jonathan Ursillo (Meghan); and her great grandchild Rowan.
