With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne Farmer of Lincoln, Rhode Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2026 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela "Penny" M. Farmer (Kwolek); and his parents, Claude Farmer and Julia Farmer (Michel). He is survived by: his children, Tammy Leclerc of Lincoln, Sherry Powell of North Providence, Michael Farmer of Attleboro and John Farmer of North Smithfield; and his brother Claude Farmer, Jr. of Sterling Heights, Michigan. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
