He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Tougas and Hazel Tougas (Fletcher) of Little Compton, RI.; and his brother Ronald Henry Tougas of Voluntown, CT.. He is survived by: his former wife Maria F. Tougas of Shepherdsville; his daughter Michelle T. Kittredge (Gary) of Durham; his great grandchild Rowan Ratliff; his sister-in-law June Prescott Tougas of Voluntown, CT; and his nieces and nephews, Donna (Tougas), Neil Vaughan of Deerfield, NH, Karen (Tougas), Dwayne Britt and Craig Tougas of Voluntown, CT..
