She was predeceased by: her parents, Captain William J. Flatley and Mary Flatley (Dalton). She is survived by: her siblings, William J. Flatley Jr., Patricia Flatley, Regina Flatley and Catherine M. Flatley Nachmann. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a great-nephew.
