He was predeceased by: his wives, Ann Jacobs (Caswell) and Susan Jacobs (Bradley); his parents, Ernest Jacobs and Rose Jacobs (Stefanik); his brother Robert Jacobs; and his half-sister Diane Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Jacobs (Cathy) of Blackstone, MA, Mary Jacobs (Mike Smith), Patricia Francisco (Mike) of Pocatello, ID, Thomas Jacobs (Joan) of Framingham, MA and Christopher Jacobs of Providence; his half-sisters, Christine Labrun and Pat Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Michael, Dustin Jacobs, Rachel, Jillian, Benjamin Goulart, Nikki, Sammy Francisco, Nicholas, Zachary, Kristen, William, Brynn Jacobs and James Flanagan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
