He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Southern and Jessie Southern (Reid); and his sister Gloria Southern. He is survived by: his wife Anne E. Southern (Bouchard); and his children, Phillip, Dana, Shawna and Siobhan. He is also survived by two grandchildren, three stepdaughters and many extended family.
