He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Correia Botelho and Maria Botelho (Galant); and his sisters, Sophie Mello (Botelho) and Mary Butler (Botelho). He is survived by: his spouse Paul Johnson; and his sister Natalie Sheffield (Botelho). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Columba Cemetery (465 Browns Ln, Middletown, RI 02842).
