She was predeceased by: her husband Francis A. Scalise; and her parents, Joseph J. Helverson and Anna Gorgus (Koehler). She is survived by: her family, Lorraine Yanku (Bob) of North Kingstown, Catalina Lupo (late Patrick Lupo) of Narragansett, Thomas Diaz (Mary Williams) of Wakefield, Dominga Valerie Barnes (Bruce) of Gerrardstown, WV and Susan Mills of Wakefield; and her sister Florence Daley. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
