She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret L. Balentine (O'Malley) and Leo R. Balentine; and her sisters, Margaret H. Martinelli and Patricia A. Baribault. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Michele Martinelli Nachamie, Beth M. Martinelli, Lisa M. Martinelli, Megan J. Martinelli, Elizabeth A. D'Amore and Dorothea E. Baribault-Sampson; and her friend Gale Rowles. She is also survived by numerous cousins, grandnephews and grandnieces, and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Star of the Sea (864 Point Judith Rd, Narragansett, RI 02882).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jane's memory to: HopeHealth Hospice and Palliative Care.
