He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Teeden Costello Landrigan and Raymond Francis Costello; and his sisters, Alice Boss-Altman and Betty Ann Sheridan. He is survived by: his wife Ann Waterman Costello; his children, Michael (Jamie), Kevin (Christine), Megan Bisset (Davies), Kate Kaplan (Jon) and Brian (Linda); and his grandchildren, Jake, Claire, William Costello, Molly, Lucy, Sophie Bisset, Grace, Finn, Campbell Kaplan, Caroline, Piper, Archer Costello and Charlie Costello.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions may be made to HopeHealth in Providence.
