She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustave Forsman and Emily Forsman; her husband Norman Madden; her brothers, Donald and Gustave Forsman; and her son-in-law Francis Weber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Mc Peake (Barry), Susan Malley (Dennis), Nancy Weber and Gail Cirelli; and her grandchildren, Ryan Mc Peake (Sarah), Katelyn Winter (Steven), Shannon Bouchard (Eric), John Weber (Kayla), Briana Malley, Suzanne Cook (Kevin), Michael Cirelli, Brandon Malley and Nicholas Cirelli. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
