She was predeceased by : her parents, George Gilmore and Margaret Gilmore; and her siblings, George Gilmore, Charles Gilmore, Robert Gilmore, Francis Gilmore, Margaret Roberts (Gilmore), Rita Hancock (Gilmore) and Luke Gilmore.

She is survived by : her spouse Thomas Edward Hynes; and her children, Gail L. Hynes of East Greenwich, Thomas E. Hynes Jr. of Narragansett and Timothy A. Hynes of Richmond. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
