He was predeceased by: his father John E. Curzake Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Josephine M. Curzake (Costa); his sons, Jason Curzake and Daniel Curzake (Sarah-Ann); his siblings, John Curzake Jr. (Jeanne) and Ellen Westcott (Glenn); and his uncle Richard Curzake (Paula). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
